VIP Program

The VIP Program allows merchants to provide special handling for their most valuable customers, known as VIPs, during the payment checkout process. These VIP customers typically conduct transactions with values exceeding normal amounts.
Merchant runs its risk engines and identifies a user as VIP, the tier the user should belong to, and can change the tier of the user at any time.

Configuration

Once the VIP Program is set up in Trustly, the next step is to upload a file containing the list of users and their respective VIP Tiers.

How to Upload the VIP Users File?

1. Download a sample CSV file by clicking the "Get Sample CSV" button.
2. Prepare your CSV file, ensuring it contains the following three columns:
   • External ID
   • Name
   • VIP Tier
3. Select the CSV file by clicking "Choose File" in the upload section.
4. Click "Upload" to submit the file and update the VIP tiers in the system.

The file must be in .csv format for the process to be completed successfully.
