Generate reports

Trustly offers the following reports for transaction management:

  • Funding Report This report contains all funds transferred (credits and debits) and all transactions that are part of a batch sent to the merchant’s bank account for the reporting period.
  • Settlement Reconciliation This report contains all transactions that were created during the reporting period.
  • RTP Settlement Reconciliation This is a separate reconciliation report that contains only Real-Time Payment (RTP) transactions created for the specific period. This report is available only to merchants using RTP functionality.

Report availability and delivery

Reports are available daily by 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

You can receive reports in one of two ways:

  • Reports are available on a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) site hosted by Trustly. To request access, contact your Trustly integration team.
  • You download reports from our Merchant portal.
