The Financial Institution (FI) Status Page provides merchants with transparent, near real-time information regarding the health of the connections to banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

This tool is designed to help your support team quickly troubleshoot consumer inquiries regarding connection issues and monitor the stability of key financial partners.

Access

The FI Status page is enabled for the top 50 US and top 5 Canadian financial institutions.

Connection statuses

The FI Status page displays one of three statuses according to the health of the bank connection:

FI StatusDescription
GoodThe FI connector is working as expected with no issues.
DegradedThe FI connector is working with reduced performance.
DownThe FI connector is temporarily unavailable.

Status timing

The Last Status Update column displays the timestamp of when the bank connection moved to the status currently being shown.

Pinning

You can choose up to 10 top banks to pin to the top of the screen for easier access and reference.
