The following table provides descriptions for each transaction table column.

| Trans ID | The primary transaction ID generated by Trustly. |
| Imported | Indicates if the transaction was imported into the Trustly system from an external source. |
| Financial Institution | The financial institution that originated the transaction (typically the consumer’s bank). |
| Merchant | The merchant associated with the transaction. (Users associated with a parent merchant can view all transactions from their child merchants.) |
| Trans Date | The date and time the transaction was recorded by Trustly. |
| Reference Number | The reference number provided by the merchant for the transaction. |
| Type | The transaction type. More information is available here. |
| Status | The transaction status. More information is available here. |
| Status Code | The internal Trustly status code. See a full taxonomy here. |
| Status Description | The description of the status code. |
| Instant Settle | Indicates if the transaction settled instantly. (Only applicable to RTP transactions.) |
| Currency | The 3-letter ISO code for the transaction currency. |
| Amount | The transaction amount. |
| Payment Processor | The payment processor who handled the transaction. |
| Payment Provider Subtype | The method used to capture data for the payment processor (e.g., online banking or manual entry). |
