# Transaction Details

The **Transaction Details** page provides transaction details, customer details, and transaction events. The type of data provided is determined by the transaction type.

## View transaction details

1. Sign in to the merchant portal and then select **Transactions** in the left pane.
2. Click the transaction ID.
3. Optional. Select additional options for the transaction.

   The options available to you are determined by your role, the transaction type and status, and the environment (sandbox or production). Available actions include refunding a completed capture and reclaiming a completed deposit.
